Game doesnt load properly; cant play it !! :(

I downloaded the free version and played the first chapter. The graphics and font style were nowhere near as beautiful as Big Fishs graphics usually are. Ive played dozens of Big Fish games so I am familiar with their usual high level of graphics. Even though I play on an iPad I often buy the iPhone version of the games and double the screen size, because I find the prices for the iPad version to be overly inflated and unreasonable, and the difference in quality, miniscule. The graphics in this game were terrible, though, even at the smaller iPhone setting. Some of the graphics were fuzzy and looked a lot like clip art. The font looked like an old 80s dot matrix font, nearly unreadable. And there is no drag and drop feature for using the objects you find; you just have to click on an item and then click again where you want to use it. I was so turned off by all this that I left this game alone and continued playing other ones. Finally, I came back to this one and began playing it. The storyline was actually pretty good, so when I finished the free chapter I downloaded the full version. I cant play it. Its supposed to work on the iPad too -- just as the free version did -- but the full version only allows me to see about a quarter of the screen (even in iPhone mode) -- just the upper right corner which is magnified to the full size of the screen. So I cant see the buttons or the characters or the dialogue or pretty much anything else. Nothing I can do about it either. I tried re-downloading several times...rebooted...recharged battery; nothing works. The game, at least with the most recent update, is entirely unplayable. If you fix it so its playable I will post a higher rating. Otherwise, hope you will apply my purchase price to a different game.
